Get your ratesMost brands come to us after a 3PL let them down
Orders that sat for days. Inventory counts nobody could reconcile. An invoice full of line items nobody could explain. A partner who stopped picking up the phone at the exact moment it mattered.
We know the pattern because we never set out to be a 3PL. Fulfillment started as an add-on for brands we were already manufacturing for, after watching them get failed and overcharged by warehouses with no stake in the product. We have never advertised it. Brands kept asking.
One question worth asking every 3PL you talk to: what do you charge on top of the shipping label? It is where we have saved our customers the most money, and the one thing least likely to show up on a rate sheet. We charge nothing. You pay what the carrier charges us.
What fulfillment covers
Receiving and barcoding
Barcodes get printed at the factory, so we scan your boxes in against a packing list and your stock is on sale the same day. Free on anything we make for you.
Storage
Shelf and pallet space billed by the unit rather than by the square foot, so a slow month costs you less instead of the same.
Pick and pack
Same-day orders to your customers in your own packaging, case packs to retailers, and bulk shipments split out and sent to hundreds of franchise locations.
Returns and kitting
Returns come back through Loop or Redo, get checked, and go back on the shelf or set aside. We build gift boxes and launch kits too.
How it works
Three steps from the first call to orders going out the door.
Send us your numbers
How many orders a month, how many SKUs, and where they go. We quote your rates against that, not against a published average
We connect your store and brief your factory
Orders sync through ShipHero and returns through Loop or Redo. We tell your factory, ours or yours, how to label and box your goods, so we can scan them in the day they land
Your orders ship
Same day on anything in before 12 pm EST, with tracking sent back to your store automatically. We count your stock on a set schedule and send you the numbers

What we don't charge for
- Shipping labels. You pay the carrier rate we negotiated, with nothing added on top.
- Receiving on anything we make for you. Our own factories label and box your goods the way our warehouse needs them, so checking them in is a scan, not a hunt.
- Setup, technology, and account management. None of those fees exist here.
- And if your order volume is too low for a 3PL to make sense yet, we say so rather than sign you and let you find out from the invoices.
Frequently asked questions
What does a 3PL actually do?
A third-party logistics provider stores your inventory, picks and packs orders, and ships them to customers, retailers, or locations. Scope varies widely between providers. Some do little beyond pick and pack, while others handle receiving, kitting, barcoding, returns, and retailer compliance. MakeMine is unusual in also managing the production the inventory came from, which is what makes free receiving possible.
What does fulfillment cost?
DTC pick and pack starts at $2.00-$5.00 for the first unit on an order and $1.05-$2.00 for each additional unit. Wholesale pick and pack runs $1.30-$2.00 per unit. Storage runs $0.10-$0.15 per unit per month, returns at $2.00-$5.00 per unit, and barcoding or kitting at $0.50 per unit. Receiving is free on MakeMine-produced inventory and $0.50 per unit otherwise. Shipping is passed through at carrier cost, and there are no setup, technology, or account management fees.
Why is receiving free on inventory MakeMine produced?
Because the work it normally pays for doesn't happen. Other 3PLs charge to receive every unit because someone else's factory packed the boxes their own way, so the warehouse has to open every one, count it, sort it, and often label it by hand. Our factories label and box your goods the way our warehouse needs them, so we scan them in against a packing list we already have.
Do you handle wholesale and retail compliance?
Yes. Case packs, GS1 barcodes, the packing lists and routing guides each retailer asks for, and the shipping notices they expect ahead of delivery. Retailers usually charge you back for a wrong label or a missed routing rule rather than for a late truck, which means most chargebacks are avoidable in the way the boxes get packed.
Can MakeMine fulfill products it didn't manufacture?
Yes. Inventory we didn't make costs $0.50 per unit to receive rather than nothing, and we'll need to agree with your current vendor on how they label and box it before the first shipment arrives. Plenty of brands come to us for fulfillment first and move production over later.
One team from the factory floor to the doorstep.
Tell us how many orders you ship a month, how many SKUs you carry, and where they go. We'll send back real numbers. You'll be talking to the people who unload your boxes and pick your orders, not to a salesperson.
