Frequently asked questions

What are your MOQs (minimum order quantities) in workwear?

MOQs with our workwear cut and sew partners are 300-500 units per style with a total program of at least 1,500 units per PO. There are exceptions depending on the total number of units, styles, and/or reorder frequency.

What are your sample and production lead times?

If your styles match up well with the factory's automation capabilities, production lead times can be as little as 28 days after fabric receipt. We can provide exact lead times after reviewing your tech packs with the factory.

What kind of fabrics are available?

We can easily import woven fabrics and materials from neighboring countries or the US. We can also import fabric from your supplier of choice, or others from our network.

How do you ensure quality with your workwear manufacturing?

Our manufacturing partners are well-respected in the industry, handling apparel production for large brands and organizations in the US. Our factories are WRAP-certified and BSCI compliant. We also provide 3rd party inspections throughout the process from reputable industry partners.

Do you offer duty-free manufacturing options?

It depends on where your materials are sourced from. Our Honduras cut and sew manufacturers can secure duty-free advantages thanks to the Central America-Dominican Republic Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR), which allows clothing manufactured in Honduras to enter the U.S. market duty-free. This agreement streamlines the trade of raw materials like U.S.-sourced yarn, making it affordable to produce high-quality garments with a reduced environmental impact. Honduras plays a critical role in U.S. textile production, accounting for a significant share of U.S. imports—an efficient and cost-effective alternative to sourcing from Asia.
