Sportswear Manufacturing

Our minimum order quantities (MOQs) begin at 100 units per style/color. We partner with sportswear manufacturers in key markets such as China, South Korea, Vietnam, Peru, Honduras, and the USA to negotiate the best pricing and MOQs. Representing multiple clients allows us to secure lower MOQs and prioritize your production needs. While some automated sourcing platforms claim to offer lower costs and MOQs, they often fall short on quality, prioritize larger orders, and make it difficult to engage directly with manufacturers.

Our cut-and-sew sportswear manufacturers are located in China, Peru, South Korea, and Vietnam.

Generally, we require 14-20 days for sample production and 40-70 days for full production runs. Lead times for sportswear manufacturing can vary based on the complexity of the designs, the capabilities of the manufacturers, and whether the materials are locally sourced or imported.

We manage all communication with the manufacturers on your behalf, so you can focus on expanding your business. Our sportswear manufacturers are transparent, and you’ll always know the name of your cut-and-sew factory as well as our primary point of contact. However, we take care of all communications, which simplifies the process by providing one centralized contact (MakeMine), improving efficiency and speeding up production timelines.

Our team of industry veterans meets face-to-face with all of our sportswear manufacturers to carry out detailed inspections and audits with QIMA (quality inspections). This process ensures each manufacturer meets our rigorous quality standards before we partner with them.

We charge a factory cost for samples when working with new customers, typically around $50 per sample. After establishing a consistent order history, we may apply credits toward future orders when you place a purchase order with the cut-and-sew factory.
