You shouldn't need 20 years in sourcing to make products your customers love.

MakeMine is the supply chain partner for brands that don't have one. You get every cost itemized before you commit, minimums better than you'd get on your own, and a date you can build a launch around.

Why we started

Going factory direct doesn't make the process yours. It makes it invisible.

Ask a factory for a price and you get a price. What you don't get is surprise fees that shows up after the samples do, excessive markups that eat your margin, duties that nobody walked you through, or delivery dates that were never scheduled to begin with.

None of it is hidden. It's on the other side of the table, and you learn it upfront.

That's what we set out to fix in 2018. Not the making. Factories are good at making. The part where brand founders and operators are the last ones to find out what it costs and when it lands.

What changes

What you get that you don't get going direct

One itemized quote, before you commit

Unit cost, sampling, materials, freight, duty, and our fee on the same sheet. You see what a sample costs before it gets made, not on an invoice after.

Minimums better than you'd get alone

Our order book across brands is larger than yours. That buys quantities a factory would not run for one brand, so you can test a style without buying a year of it.

Dates that already account for the factory being late

The factory quotes 50 days. We tell you 60. When something slips you hear it the week it slips, not the week the goods were due.

Quality that we control

The factory doesn't get to grade its own paper. Inspections run during the production, not after it's boxed.

One company to pay

Samples, deposit, balance, freight, duty. Every bill comes from us, in dollars, with every line broken out.

Your production information, in your account

Specs, samples, approvals, purchase orders, and shipment tracking in one place, so nothing depends on finding the right email thread.

What we'll tell you no about

  • We won't be the cheapest quote you get. If price is your sole concern, we recommend going factory-direct.
  • We won't quote a product our factories don't already make. Better to point you somewhere else than to learn on your order.
  • We won't give you a date the factory hasn't confirmed, and we won't sit on bad news until the ship date.
  • We won't keep the factory from you. The factory making your product is disclosed to you once you're a client, rather than held as leverage.
