MakeMine is a managed production partner that also operates its own fulfillment center in Charlotte, NC. We store your inventory, pick and pack DTC and wholesale orders, process returns, and ship to customers, retailers, or franchise locations. Plus, receiving is included for free on any inventory we produce for you. Because we manage both production and fulfillment, your goods arrive at our warehouse pre-barcoded and packaged for automatic receiving. Inventory is immediately published straight into sellable stock on your sales channels.

We didn't set out to be a 3PL.
Fulfillment started as an add-on for our production clients. Brand after brand came to us with the same story: a fulfillment partner who stopped answering the phone, lead times that stretched for weeks, invoices padded with fees nobody could explain. One client found their unreleased inventory being worn around town by their 3PL's staff.
So we built the fulfillment operation we'd want as operators: fast, accurate, transparently priced, and staffed by people who pick up the phone. Do you only fulfill for brands you manufacture for?
Most fulfillment clients are production clients, but we sometimes take on a select number of fulfillment-only brands. Third-party inventory is received at $0.50/unit and needs working barcodes (we can apply them if not).
Can you handle both DTC and wholesale from the same inventory levels?
Yes. One source of truth for inventory in our WMS serves your Shopify DTC orders and your wholesale shipments, so you're not splitting stock across systems
How do you ship merchandise to franchise locations?
We hold your inventory in Charlotte and ship store-ready wholesale orders to each location — full size runs, kitted launch boxes, or replenishment. Pricing is volume-tiered, so per-unit rates drop automatically as your location count and order volume grow.
What does receiving cost?
Nothing, if we produced the inventory — it arrives barcoded and cartonized to our own spec. Third-party inventory is $0.50/unit.
Do you mark up shipping?
No. Carrier rates and packaging materials are passed through at cost. You'll see real rates like $5.78–$6.43 USPS Ground Advantage and $9.99 FedEx 2-Day on typical apparel parcels.
What platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, Amazon, BigCommerce, TikTok Shop, Netsuite, Magento, Walmart, and others. Plus Loop and Redo for returns. If you're on another platform, ask — our WMS provider's integration coverage is broad.
